Atma Kriya Yoga

Atma Kriya Yoga is an ancient yogic meditation practice. It incorporates a variety of techniques: mantras, asanas, pranayamas, mudras, visualization, chakra meditation and the healing group practice of OM chanting.

Atma Kriya Yoga reveals the true nature of a human being, uniting mind, body and consciousness into one. The practice of these techniques activates alpha-states in the brain, calming the nervous system, slowing down the aging process, balancing hormonal activity and revealing the true power of our internal energy.

The uniqueness of Atma Kriya Yoga lies in its initiation, known as Shaktipat, which is translated from sanskrit as “descent of grace”. It is the Shaktipat that embodies the sacred power of a thousand-year-old tradition of passing of knowledge from master to disciple. It is impossible to obtain this wisdom simply by searching on the internet or reading a book.

Each Atma Kriya Yoga technique cultivates a different type of Bhakti (the transformational power of unconditional love - love for oneself and for the whole creation).

Breathing practices and meditations help to unlock the spiritual channels of love, joy and awareness of life’s ultimate goal of life. Practicing Atma Kriya Yoga burns karma and purifies mind and body from negativity.

Atma Kriya Yoga is ideal for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

The seminar takes place over two days and includes the group practice of Om Chanting.

“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”

Om-Chanting

Our entire life is filled with sounds and music, therefore Om Chanting is considered one of the most powerful practices in Atma Kriya Yoga. This is a group mantra-meditation using the universal sound of the mantra OM.

The Om mantra has an extraordinary transformational effect. It transforms negativity into positive vibrations, unlocks the inner potential and talents of the participants, and activates self-healing processes. It is scientifically proven that the repetition of the Om mantra positively affects biochemical processes in the brain, raises the heart’s energy and vibration level, and calms the nervous system. It also has a healing effect on people affected by depression and anxiety, significantly reducing their typical symptoms.

We attract into our lives situations, people and events that resonate with us and vibrate at our same frequency. With the practice of Om Chanting you will raise the frequency of these vibrations, thereby changing the quality of your life. It activates self-healing processes and it helps to achieve physical and mental balance.

Om Chanting is a unique experience of love, in which the feeling of space, time and of one’s separate identity is loosened.

The practice is suitable for anyone and has no restrictions. Beginners, pregnant women and anyone looking to find harmony and dive deeper into love are welcome.

Duration: 45 minutes.
